O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.08.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 457, 380 IPC, in Crime No.1015 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioners have been suffering incarceration from 27.08.2020 and prays for grant of bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would vehemently oppose stating that the petitioners are habitual offenders who have been involved in five other cases. He would further submit that the petitioners were arrested very recently on 27.08.2020 and investigation is pending with regard to finding out about the other cases pending against the petitioners.

4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioners are habitual offenders and they have involved in five cases of similar nature and other cases are yet to be ascertained, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
