(CR.NO.143 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for deposting the money of Rs.36,000/- to the Credit of the Cr.No.143 of 2021 and also to extend the time for furnishing sureties in Crl.O.P.No.11077/2021 on 29.06.2021 in Cr.No.143 of 2021 on the file of this Honble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.RAJAVELU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 29.06.2021 this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to deposit the amount as directed by this Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
