This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed respondents 22 to 27 herein as legal representative of deceased 2nd respondent in the above appeal.

2. Mr.S.A.Mohamed Mubarak, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 2nd respondent died on 20.05.2021. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 2nd respondent are impleaded as respondents 22 to 27 in the above Appeal.
