This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed respondents 19 to 21 herein as legal representative of deceased 1st respondent in the above appeal.

2. Mr.S.A.Mohamed Mubarak, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 1st respondent died on 12.01.2019. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 19 to 21 in the above Appeal.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 15.09.2023. 28.08.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
