O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 04.11.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Business Correspondent in Indian Overseas Bank, Muthupettai Branch and her husband is working at Mettupalayam and her son is studying in School. While so, one Thirumurugan, happened to be a relative through the petitioner's husband guided the petitioner in the process of opening bank account. He opened e-mail for the petitioner at her request as she is not well versed in that process and created a password and thereafter, he continue to change the password and he created Skype ID and the said Thirumurugan is the only person who knew the petitioner's password I.D. found that some indecent comments along with the photographs of the petitioner were uploaded in the face book. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint with the 2nd respondent on 4.11.2015. But no action was taken till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent police along with a copy of this order. On receipt of the said complaint, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry and upon enquiry, if the materials are gathered indicating any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
