PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.1.2025 in the light of the memorandum vide O.M.No.A2/2944139/2025 dated 27.2.2025 on the file of the third respondent within a time fixed by this Court. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.1.2025 wherein the petitioner sought for issuance of patta for the property in S.No.82/2B2A2 measuring 0.15 cents in Kottangal Village, which has been classified as a natham poramboke.

2. Heard both.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner sent the said representation only to the first respondent, pursuant to which, vide the communication dated 27.2.2025, the first respondent forwarded the said representation to the third respondent for taking suitable action.

4. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 03.1.2025 strictly in line with G.O.Ms.No.97 Revenue and Disaster 2/4

Management (LD-1(1)) Department dated 21.2.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 30.4.2025 To 1.The District Collector, Tiruvannamalai District, Tiruvannamalai.
