ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation sent by the petitioner dated 13.05.2022, seeking allotment of the restrooms situated adjacent to the property of the petitioner at Door No.511, 'B' Street, J.J. Nagar, Korukkupet, Chennai - 600 021, in favour of the petitioner. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 13.05.2022, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party if any, and after giving opportunity of

hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
