This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent police to register a case based upon the Petitioner's complaint dated 19.01.2020.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.10 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, the same was closed on 08.04.2020 itself.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint in the manner known to law if so advised.
