This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 09.09.2020 through RPAD on the file of the 1st respondent and investigate into the case.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that so far no complaint has been received. Considering the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on the file of the first respondent and on receipt of the same the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the same in accordance with law.
