This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection, in light of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2025, so as to enable the petitioner to remove and retrieve the items stored in the premises of "Thiruvanmalai Pothys Textile".
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2025, and dispose of the same on its merits, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
