.. Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 9 to block Apple Maps Applications of 10th respondent from being accessed by any person in India until Apple Inc publishes the correct map of India as prescribed by the Surveyor General of India in its Maps Application by invoking the provision under Section 69 A of Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant rules provided there under and further consequentially direct the 9th respondent to forward a criminal complaint with the appropriate prosecuting agency and thereby register an F.I.R against the 10th respondent herein, Apple India (P) Ltd under Section 2 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1961 and Section 5 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923, for publishing inaccurate map of India in its mapping application Apple Maps.
