It is now submitted that the proceedings in C.C.No.15140 of http://www.judis.nic.in

2014, has been transferred from the file of the learned II Judge, Fast M.S.RAMESH.J, ms/tsi Track Court, Egmore, Chennai to the file of the XX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, on administrative grounds. 2.

In view of the same, the petitioner's grievance has been made out. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed, however, the petitioner is still aggrieved to have the matter heard by the subsequent court, it is always open to him to seek for transfer. The learned XX Metropolitan Magistrate, shall endeavour to complete the case as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
