(Crime No. 1006 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditijon that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every monday and friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders for interrogation imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No. 11139 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditijon that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every monday and friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders for interrogation imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No. 11139 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory on bail on 27.07.2020 and has been complying the conditions regularly as imposed by this Court. The learned counsel further submitted that the investigation was also completed and the final report has to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mayiladuthurai. Hence, he seeks modification of conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 11139 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
