Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Court for NDPS Act cases at Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m till the completion of the trail in connection with RR.No. 3 of 2021 imposed in Crl.O.P. No.6696 of 2021 dated 26.04.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.JAIVENKATESN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 26.04.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioner to appear before the learned Principal Special Court for NDPS Act Cases at Chennai, daily at 10.30 am., till the completion of the trial in connection with RR.No.03 of 2021.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 26.04.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m.. All other conditions remain unaltered.
