Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2 to 4 respondents to survey the lands in all measuring 2180 square feet comprised in Old Survey No.666/1, New Survey No.666/1A5, within Periyakuppam Village and within Thiruvallur Taluk and within the limits of Thiruvallur Municipality and consequently measure the same and demark the said lands with boundary stones as per the patta issued to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2 to 4 respondents to survey the lands in all measuring 2180 square feet comprised in Old Survey No.666/1, New Survey No.666/1A5, within Periyakuppam Village and within Thiruvallur Taluk and within the limits of Thiruvallur Municipality and consequently measure the same and demark the said lands with boundary stones as per the patta issued to the petitioner.

Heard Mr.D.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Richardson Wilson, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.

The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to survey the land comprised in Old Survey No.666/1, New Survey No.666/1A5, admeasuring 2180 sq.ft, situated at Periyakuppam Village, Thiruvallur District. It seems that the petitioner has not paid requisite fees to survey his land. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application with requisite fees before the second respondent to survey his land, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to engage a surveyor to comply the request of the petitioner in manner known to law.
