CRIME NO.2 OF 2015.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.3978 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1660 of 2021 by order dated 26/03/2021 to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., in Crime No.2 of 2015 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, E.O.W-II, Namakkal pending investigation and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHIL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1660 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2015, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the Government Advocate (Crl. side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he further submitted that the respondent police have not filed charge sheet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month i.e. first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M. and after filing of charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every hearing without fail. This petition is ordered.
