ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 03.04.2024 and issue vending certificate thereby permitting to bunk shop at Old No. 785, New No.158, Anna Salai, near Rayala Towers, Chennai - 600 002.

By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Heard Mr.S.Pushpakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. E.C.Ramesh, learned counsel, who has taken notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. The petitioner is running a Bunk Shop at Old No. 785, New

No.158, Anna Salai, near Rayala Towers, Chennai - 600 002. He has given an application dated 03.04.2024 to the second respondent seeking issuance of vending certificate thereby permitting to run the bunk shop.

5. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the application dated 03.04.2024 given by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the petitioner shall not be disturbed.
