Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of rejection passed in proceedings in Na.Ka.1651/ 2015 / (A1) dated 3.9.2015 quash the same and direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner that he belongs to Kurumans (ST) Community based upon the community certificate already issued to the father of the petitioner, which was confirmed by the State Level Scrutiny Committee by its proceedings No.13545/CVIII/2013 dated 19.2.2015. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) With consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 03.09.2015 passed by the respondent, whereunder, the petitioner's application seeking community certificate that he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

belongs to Kurumans (ST) community, was rejected and for a direction to the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner based upon the community certificate issued in favour of the petitioner's father.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submitted that community certificate, as sought by the petitioner, has already been issued to him on 20.10.2015 and also produced a copy of the same.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
