Rules 1956 read with Order VII Rule 1 of CPC for the following reliefs : (a) Directing the Defendants to jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Only) for all the losses incurred by the Plaintiff under various heads due to the repeated breakdowns failures defects and under performance of the machineries and equipment supplied by the 1st Defendant;

(b) Directing the Defendants to jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) toward liquidated damages for all the mental agony suffering loss of business opportunities and reputation suffered by the Plaintiff by reason of the defective substandard and inferior quality machineries and equipment supplied by the Defendants (c) Directing the defendants to pay the costs of this suit to the plaintiff .
