A.No.2405 & 2406 of 2022 in C.S No.486 of 2019 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., These applications have been filed, seeking to withdraw the suits filed in O.S.Nos.5083 and 5084 of 2019 respectively, from the file of the XXII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to be tried along with the suit in C.S.No.486 of 2019 pending on the file of this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that the suits were initially filed before this Court, however, the same were transferred to City Civil Court, Chennai. In fact, both the High Court and the City Civil Court are having pecuniary jurisdiction and both suits are one and the same and the issues are inter-connected and the parties concerned are also same. Therefore, he submitted that the present applications have been filed to withdraw the suits filed in O.S.Nos.5083 and 5084 of 2019 respectively, from the file of XXII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to be tried along with the suit in C.S.No.486 of 2019 pending on the file of this Court.
