No.5933 dated 27.08.2002, so as to enable the petitioner to produce the same for his employment before the third respondent on 29.09.2015 in accordance with law.

ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry, if necessary and issue fresh Adi Dravida (SC) community certificate to the petitioner on the basis of such community certificate dated 27 August 2002 issued to him, enabling him to produce the same before the third respondent on 29.09.2015 for his employment.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated the 16th instant for issuance of community certificate has been taken cognizance of and the process has been initiated. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submits that in respect of the memorandum dated the 9th instant issued by the third respondent, in and by which the petitioner has been provisionally selected and directed to produce certain original certificates on the 29th instant for verification purpose, the petitioner will be granted four weeks' time from today to produce the community certificate before the third respondent. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, it is ordered accordingly. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
