When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submit that the petitioner is not eligible for free house site patta. 1/3

It is further pointed out by the respondents that the land has been classified as 'reserved forest'. If that be so, the respondents are directed to communicate the decision to the petitioner immediately, so that the petitioner can challenge the same in a manner known to law.
