Societies Act, 1983 by the petitioner on 10.06.2015 within a stipulated time.

2. The petitioner, while serving as Sales man in the godown at Tondiarpet, attached to the second respondent - Society, was issued with a charge memo alleging certain delinquencies. After fullfledged enquiry, the petitioner was removed from service vide proceedings of the Managing Director of the Society dated 15.04.2015. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed a revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act before the first respondent. came forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to entertain the revision dated 10.6.2015 filed by the petitioner, if the papers are otherwise in order, take it on file and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
