The petitioner has made an online application for obtaining a legal heir certificate on 21.04.2021 and states that there has been no action on the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court a certain direction passed by this Court in W.P.No.25247 of 2023 and batch of cases Vide its order dated 23.02.2023. 3.Heard, Mr.V.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

4.The petitioner is now directed to prefer a fresh online application for obtaining the legal heir certificate to the respondent Tahsildar and the Tahsildar is required to attend to the same and dispose of the same within a period of thirty (30) days from the date on which the Application is filed.
