O R D E R

Pursuant to the Sale Deed in his favour dated 20.03.1989, the petitioner made a representation on 31.08.2015 to survey the said property situated in S.No.96/1D, No.154, Madipakkam Village, Chengalpet District now coming under Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and to issue separate patta. As the said representation has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 31.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd party, if so required.
