This petition has been filed to grant further ten months time to vacate the premises.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner already the vacated the premises and handed over the possession. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
