This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.06.2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.06.2021, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.587 of 2021 by the respondent and the same has been closed. He would also submit that they have also sent notice to the petitioner to collect the closure report.
