ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 07.07.2020 and pass final orders within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.K.Parameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent has already fixed a date for an enquiry on 16.10.2020 at 3.00 p.m. and the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all relevant documents.

called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
