CMP Nos.11295 and 11297 of 2022 in CRP.No.1235 of 2016 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on record the respondents 6 to 8 as the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent along with petition to set aside abatement and to condone the delay in filing the set aside abatement petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause-title.
