This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the third respondent herein, viz., The Sub-Inspector of Police, Attur, Salem District, to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 30.11.2015.
