ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Cr.No.57 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent police. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that in this case investigation completed and charge sheet filed and the same has also been taken on file in C.C.No.439 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court, Alandur.
