ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the respondent to register FIR against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 12.10.2015.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner preferred a compliant, dated 12.10.2015 before the respondent police with respect to non-payment of advance amount and also the vessels that have been taken away by one Karthick. The police has not taken any action and therefore, the present Original Petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 12.10.2015 was treated as petition and after conducting enquiry, the same was closed, as civil in nature.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to proceed further, if need be, in the manner known to law.
