When the writ petition was taken up for final hearing on 31.10.2022, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 02.11.2022 and when the matter is taken up again for final hearing on 04.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and therefore, this Court heard the Government Advocate and passed the following orders.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to directing the respondents to issue sanction order for Medical leave salary and bonus from 01.06.2013 to 31.08.2014 and increment from 01.01.2006 to 01.01.2009 respectively on the representation dated 05.08.2016 which was received and acknowledged the same on 08.08.2016 immediately.

3. With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the respondents have stated that the competent authority considered the representation and passed final order. Challenging the said final order, the writ petitioner has filed subsequent writ petition in W.P. No. 3069 of 2019, which is pending before this Court. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be

entertained, in respect of the relief as sought for in the writ petition and consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed.
