The petition has been filed to condone the huge and unexplained delay of almost four years in representing the Writ Petition in W.P.Sr.No.49625/2014.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and this Court also perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

It is not known how the petition returned by the Registry for representing the same after complying with certain conditions could be ignored or abandoned by the learned Counsel for the petitioner for a period of 1209 days. Hence, this Court is of the view that condoning such a delay is wholly unjustifiable. Therefore, finding no acceptable explanation, the present petition is dismissed.
