O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 9.6.2020 and to conduct the survey in the subject property and fix the boundary. 2.

Mr.E.Balamurugane, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has already fixed the date for survey on 09.10.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has acted upon the representation made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the entire process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
