Considering the fact that the issues involved both in Civil Revision Petition (CRP) and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA) are against the same order, it is preferable to keep the CMA proceedings in abeyance, till such time, the CRP is disposed of by the High Court. Thus the CMA No.9 of 2021 pending on the file of the Additional District Court, Namakkal District stands stayed till such time, the CRP has been disposed of by this Court. Thereafter, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedy in the manner known to law.

2. With the abovesaid liberty, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06-12-2022 Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order.
