ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai, in its order dated 16.08.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.22928 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.592 of 2024, whereby the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of the compensation amount within sixty days.

2. Considering the submissions and in the interest of justice, time is extended till 20.06.2025 to comply with the said condition.
