Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 01.08.2023 stating that the registration of Trademark No.1973720 was valid only up to 01.06.2020. He has also placed on record the document indicating the status from the Trademarks Registry. On perusal thereof, it is evident that even the long stop date for renewal and even restoration has expired. Consequently, the petition has been rendered infructuous.

2. Hence, (T)OP(TM)/422/2023 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.
