This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the false police complaint lodged by the second respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent herein had lodged two complaints against the petitioner, which were assigned with C.S.R.Nos.395 of 2025 and 496 of 2025 and after conducting preliminary enquiry the said complainants were closed by the first respondent-Police. He further submitted that there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
