Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus thereby appointing the petitioner, Mrs.Jayanthi as a guardian of Mr.Wilson, residing at No.9, SKV Nagar, KK Pudur, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore - 641 038 and to permit her to execute deed of conveyance and other deeds with regard to the properties belonging to Mr.Wilson more particularly in respect of the property situate at S.F.No.13/2, 17/1A, 18/1, 18/2 in "Sri Nagar", Site No.12, 1st Floor, Komarapalayam Village, Coimbatore measuring an 1755 sq.ft along with 239 sq.ft. Of common area totally 1994 sq.ft. out of 3550 sq.ft. more fully described in the petition and to operate his bank accounts.

The petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus to appoint the petitioner, Mrs.Jayanthi as a guardian of Mr.Wilson and permit her to execute deed of conveyance and other deeds with regard to properties belonging to the said Wilson, as he is under continuous medical treatment for the brain tumour he had developed.
2. This Court, earlier on 28.10.2020, had directed to file a detailed report by the Medical Board consisting of an Oncologist, Pulmonologist and any other specialist headed by the Dean of the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that the said Mr.J.Wilson passed away two weeks back. Hence, the prayer itself has become infructuous.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
