ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondent herein, for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.32707 of 2019, dated 22.11.2019. 1/3

2.When the matter was taken up today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with; the Government has passed G.O.Ms.NO.307 on 18.11.2020 and the copy of the same is produced before this Court; based on that G.O., the petitioner has joined duty on 24.01.2011; hence nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly he prays for closure of the present contempt petition.

3. The above said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
