Based upon the possession for a number of years, the petitioner, who is said to be belonging to the Scheduled Caste https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

community, made a request for issuance of patta for No.399/1, Karani Puducherry Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kanchipuram District, to the respondent no.3. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Pursuant to the said representation, the respondent no.3 has also directed the respondent no.4 as per the proceedings dated 31.07.2015 to conduct an enquiry and file a report. 3.Taking into consideration the above facts, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation, after getting the report from the respondent no.4 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
