Seeking cancellation of patta, alleging that the same has been wrongly given in favour of the private respondents viz., respondent nos.3 & 4, the petitioner made a complaint on 14.05.2015. On receipt of the same, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipet has directed the respondent no.2 to conduct an enquiry and file a report. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the above said facts, a direction is issued to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipet to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 14.05.2015, after receiving the report from the respondent no.2, after affording https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent nos.3 & 4, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
