The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to measure and fix the boundaries of the pathway and cart way by installing survey stones in order to get ingress and egress to the petitioner's agricultural land in Old Survey No.94/A and 94/B and Re-survey No.182/1,2,3,4 in Mettupudur Village of Perundurai Taluk, Erode District.

2. It appears that the request made by the petitioner to that effect on 16.08.2017 followed by a reminder dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

20.10.2017 has not been considered so far by the concerned officials. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of only by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 2nd respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
