This Petition has been filed to bring the respondents 8 to 15 herein as legal representatives of deceased first respondent, and arrayed them as respondents 8 to 15 in the above said appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both side, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the appellant 8 to 15, if the papers are otherwise in order.

5. Issue notice to the newly added respondents 8 to 15, returnable by 14.09.2023.

6. The appellant counsel is directed to pay the batta within three days.

7. Post the case on 14.09.2023.
