ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.550 of 2019 dated 18.07.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.550 of 2019 on 18.07.2019, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Mistake of Fact'. He would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further submit that they will serve the RCS Notice to the petitioner.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

5. Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy as per law.
