C.M.P.No.11949 of 2021 in C.R.P. (NPD) No.1807 of 2019 NISHA BANU, J., This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant permission to the petitioner/landlord to withdraw the amount of Rs.14,79,630/- deposited in R.C.O.P.No.71 of 2008, on the file of the Rent Controller, Vellore.

2.Pursuant to the order passed in C.R.P.No.1807 of dated 17.06.2019, the learned counsel for the respondent/tenant complied the conditions and he has no serious objections for withdrawal of the above amount.

3.Accordingly, the petitioner/landlord is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.14,79,630/-, by filing appropriate petition before the Rent Controller, Vellore and the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
