(Judgment was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) When the matter was listed for hearing on 25.10.2025, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 28.10.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today i.e., on 28.10.2025, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the appellant. Thus, it is evident that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the appellant has already been suspended from Trusteeship on 06.06.2024. The inquiry proceedings are in progress. Page No.2 of 4
4. In view of the above facts, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
