4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered, the order of dismissal dated 24.06.2021 is set aside and C.R.P. (NPD) No.1848 of 2018 is restored to file.

5.Post the main matter for final disposal on 26.07.2022.
