ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the 1st respondent in relation to the letter No.Dn.29/01/2016 dated 31.05.2016 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. It appears that the petitioner had constructed a house on the plot belonging to himself and his wife, at Manali and according to the petitioner, he had constructed the house only after getting the plan approved by the authorities and he had been complying with all the procedures and formalities like payment of electricity charges and property tax, but, at the instance of a neighbour, the authorities have issued the impugned notice for lock and seal of the premises and hence, he is before this court.

4. Admittedly, the impugned notice has been issued on 31.5.2016 for lock and seal and reply has been given on 9.6.2016 which is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending for consideration. Therefore, it is for the respondents to decide on that issue after considering the reply of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
